Shipping & Returns
At Insanity Supps , customer satisfaction is our top priority, we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as fast as possible, it usualy takes o to 2 days delivery
We have a flat shipping fee of AED 25 on all orders. However, if your order exceeds AED 150, shipping is on us!
While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
You may view all updates to your order status any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact insanitysupps support at any time.
Instructions for returning products:
Please either contact us on 00971509114083 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you’d like to return or exchange a product.
Please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a return/exchange, and include any necessary photo documentation if applicable. Our admin team will then be able to assist you with your return request.
All goods returned to insanitysupps will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of insanitysupps a refund issued.
In the case of non-faulty goods returned to insanitysupps, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, Desertcart will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us new condition in its original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the result is of our error. If the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of return shipping(AED 25) will be deducted from your refund.
You can request a return by contacting us through 0509114083 9AM-7PM except fridays, or sending a ticket within 14 calendar days of your delivery. The item(s) will be picked up at a scheduled time convenient for you.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.
If you need to change or modify information previously provided, simply contact email@example.com with any modification/change requests.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept any valid credit or debit card. Any card with a Visa / Mastercard / American Express logo can be used for your purchase at DesertCart. This includes prepaid cards and Visa based e-dirham cards.
Can I pay with cash?
Customers can pay with cash upon delivery.
Customers can also pay by bank transfer our UAE bank account or pay by card upon delivery.
These options are available on the payment part of the checkout page. Once the deposit or transfer is made, just add the reference number and the transaction amount for faster verification. We will process the order once your transaction has been verified which may take up-to 24 working hours. You can optionally upload a screenshot, or picture of your deposit slip.
Orders paid with cash or bank deposits can only be refunded as store credit.
